Hi, I’m Kelly.


I started Kel & Co because I kept seeing the same, seemingly simple thing - events that could have run smoothly, but didn’t. Too many moving parts, not enough coordination, and when something went wrong, no one quite sure how to fix it quickly.

My background is in the big stuff - the events where there’s no room for error.

Moomba Parade with 100,000+ people lining the street. New Years Eve fireworks with packed streets, closed roads and safety-critical rooftop management across the city. AFL Grand Final parades where timing is everything and the whole city is watching.

What I learned: event problems are only problems when you don't have the right skills, knowledge and network to find the solution.

We’re not a big agency.

We don't have a fancy office or a staff of 20. What we have is something more valuable: a network of specialists who are the best at what they do, and the experience to know exactly who you need for your specific event.

Over the years, I've built a network of specialists - logistics coordinators, stakeholder managers, staffing managers, site managers and crew - who I work with regularly. When a project needs specific expertise, I know who to call.
